The promoters are the pioneers in textiles since 1977 in Hi fashion suiting city of the INDIA i.e. BHILWARA.
The Company Is An Associates Member of Mewar CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRIES, MANMADE and technical textile export promotion council, The Apparel Export promotion council.
Key area of operation: With over 50 years of experience in Yarn Production, Fabric Manufacturing, Hygiene Products and Garments. The group has annual turnover of INR 1500 million.
The Company’s Fabric Manufacturing capacity is 6 million meter P.A. It is a new generation textile company offering integrated solutions for the global textile industry Versatile product range used for making Apparels, Fine fabrics, luggage, school bags, footwear and uniforms and provide complete, sourcing solution for many of the worlds brands and retailers.
The company constantly adopt new technologies. The group has put in place a strong infrastructure that constitute technologically plants procured from world leaders.
Company has Integrated forward & started garmenting the menswear & ladies wear, formal trousers, Denim, Casuals, Shirting & Suits etc. to cater its Domestic and international buyers.
The company has further diversified and started making personal care hygiene products like Lady Sanitary Napkin and soon became a measure supplier to Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Pariyojna and various state govt. like Rajasthan, Haryana, Orissa, Karnataka, Tamil nadu and Assam etc.

- Shri S.C.Baldwa: Aged 72 years, Director and chief mentor of the group has eminently succeeded in establishing the company. He has got a consistent track record (Over 50 years) of a successful entrepreneur in the field of manufacturing and marketing in textile. He was among the pioneers who started the Textile in decentralised sector at Bhilwara in the year 1976-77.
- Mr. Anurag Baldwa: is the Director of the company aged 44 years. He has completed his education carrier by obtaining B.A.B.A (Hons) from De Montfort University, Leicester, U.K. and Masters in international business (MA (IB)) from Leeds Business School, Leeds, UK.
- Mr. Gagan Baldwa: MBA from University of Rajasthan. He is overseeing garment manufacturing operations and managing business relationships with leading national and international brands.
- Mr. Sourabh Baldwa: B.E. & MBA from University of Nottingham, U.K. He has joined us to diversify the activities: looking after yarn export and technical textiles.
- Mrs. Neha Baldwa: She is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Secretary.
- Mrs. Priyanka Baldwa: She is a Chartered Accountant | MBA (Gold Medalist – Finance) | IIM-MPWE | Ph.D. (MLSU)
